Appointments
To make an appointment please call 07713 162331. Unfortunately we don't have the facility to book an appointment via our website.

Cancellation Policy
We Kindly ask you to give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Failure to turn up on the day cancellations will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

Arrival
On your first visit to Sheer Indulgence health & beauty please arrive early so we can complete a consultation card. Our consultation cards are strictly confidential and essential as we have to check for any medical conditions & contra indications before your treatment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time as we would not want to inconvenience our next client.

Payment
Please note when paying for treatments or products Sheer Indulgence health & beauty accept cash or cheque only. Payments are due on the day of treatment.

Patch Testing
Please be aware, if this is your first time at Sheer Indulgence health & beauty and you are booked to have an eyelash tint, brow tint or lash extensions we will need to carry out a 24 hour patch test before your treatment.
